A highly aged wine resulting from the selection of the finest barrels. To produce this great wine, the most concentrated bunches are selected from plots with controlled yields of around 40 hl per hectare. Following the most traditional methods, Preludio is bottled unfiltered in dark bottles with special natural corks, before maturing for several months in the same underground cellars, in individual stacks.
